Mine Güngör (born January 4, 1983) is a Turkish women's ice hockey player. Curremtly, she is a member of Istanbul Buz Korsanları team playing as goaltender. She takes part in the Turkey women's national ice hockey team. The 1.73 m (5 ft 8 in) tall woman at 70 kg (150 lb) catches right handed.[1][2]

Mine Güngör was born in Mamak, Ankara on January 4, 1983.[1] She was distance educated through the American Public University System.[2]

Career

Club

She played for Milenyum Paten SK, Başkent Yıldızları and Ankara Emniyet before she transferred to Istanbul Buz Korsanları.[1][3][4] In the 2008-09 season, she enjoyed league championship with Milenyum Paten SK.[3]

International

Güngör is a member of the national team.[5][6] She was part of the Turkish team at the Ice hockey at the 2011 Winter Universiade - Preliminary round matches in Erzurum, Turkey.[2][7] Güngör played at the 2013 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B qualification matches in Izmir, Turkey.[6][8] In March 2014, she was called up again for the national team.[4]
