Mike Carter[2] (October 16, 1953) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives representing District 29 since January 8, 2013. In 1997, he was appointed Judge of the General Sessions Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee.[3]

Education

Carter earned his BS from Middle Tennessee State University and his JD from University of Memphis.
