Microplexia costimaculalis is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is endemic on the island of Réunion in the Indian Ocean. It has a wingspan of 22–24 mm.
The larvae feed on Clerodendrum speciosissimum and Asystasia gangetica.[1]
