Miao Ruilin (Chinese: 缪瑞林; pinyin: Miào Rùilín; born November 1964) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Mayor of Nanjing.

Miao was born in Rudong County, Jiangsu province. He graduated from the Jiangsu Agricultural College, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in agriculture followed by a doctorate in land management. He has served in various government roles, including chief of the Jiangsu Agricultural Resources Development Bureau, the deputy Communist Party Secretary, Mayor, and Party Secretary of the city of Suqian. In January 2013, Miao was elected Vice-Governor of the Jiangsu province.[1] In December 2013, in the aftermath of the Shuanggui of then Nanjing mayor Ji Jianye, Miao was named Acting Mayor, then confirmed as Mayor of Nanjing in January 2014.[2] The mayoralty in Nanjing is a sub-provincial level position.
