Metisella medea, the Medea Sylph, is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Malawi.[2] The habitat consists of submontane meadows.
The larvae feed on Poaceae species.
