Meltzer's triad
Meltzer’s triad describes the classical symptoms suggesting the diagnosis of cryoglobulinaemia of polyclonal CGs seen in essential-, viral-, or connective tissue disease-associated cryoglobulinaemia.[1] The triad consists of:
- palpable purpura
- arthralgia (joint pain)
- weakness.
