Melora is a goddess in the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game.

Melora appears as one of the deities described in the Players Handbook for fourth edition (2008).[1]

Description

Melora is the god of the wilderness, nature, and the sea. She is both the wild beast and the peaceful forest, the raging whirlpool and the quiet desert. Melora is one of the Four Free Gods, along with Avandra, Corellon Larethian, and Sehanine Moonbow. She is the antithesis of Erathis, the embodiment of civilization, and also dislikes Asmodeus. Like Avandra, Melora has no astral dominion, preferring to wander the cosmos.

Worshippers

Rangers, hunters, and elves revere her, and sailors make offerings to her before beginning their voyages.
