Mela Baxtiar

Mela Bextyar or مه‌لا به‌ختیار, real name (Hikmat Muhammad Karim) is a Patriotic Union of Kurdistan politician, born in Khaneqin in 1954. He was one of the cofounders of PUK and the modern Kurdish revolution in the last century. Now he lives in Sulaimaniyah and he received many notable awards world wide. He has also written many books .[1]
