Medlov (German: Mödlau) is a small town (městys) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 10.19 square kilometres (3.93 sq mi), and has a population of 645 (as at 3 July 2006).
Medlov lies on the Jihlava River, approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south of Brno and 193 km (120 mi) south-east of Prague.
