Mcebisi Jonas

Mcebisi Jonas (born 1960) is a Member of the Executive Council in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa under the Premier of the Eastern Cape Phumulo Masualle. He has also been a Member of Parliament and Deputy Finance Minister of the Government of South Africa since 2014.^[1]
