Maxillicosta is a genus of gurnard scorpionfishes native to the eastern Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

- Maxillicosta scabriceps Whitley, 1935 (Little gurnard perch)
- Maxillicosta whitleyi Eschmeyer & Poss, 1976 (Whitley's scorpionfish)
