Bradford Bulls
2013 - 2013 Season
In 2013 Blythe was loaned out to Super League side Bradford Bulls for the full season. Blythe played in the pre-season friendlies against Dewsbury Rams and Leeds Rhinos. He scored against Dewsbury Rams (1 try).
He featured in six consecutive games from Round 1 (Wakefield Wildcats) to Round 6 (Widnes Vikings). He was injured for Round 7-13 and Round 4 of the Challenge Cup. He returned and featured in Round 14 (Leeds Rhinos) to Round 21 (Wigan Warriors) and also in the Challenge Cup against London Broncos. He missed Round 22-24 due to injury. Matty featured in Round 25 (Castleford Tigers). Blythe scored against Wakefield Wildcats (1 try), Hull FC (1 try), Castleford Tigers (1 try), Huddersfield Giants (1 try), Salford City Reds (2 tries) and St Helens RLFC (1 try). He signed a permanent 3 Year Deal with Bradford near the end of the season.
2014 - 2014 Season
Blythe missed the pre-season games against Hull FC, Dewsbury Rams and Castleford Tigers due to injury.
Matty missed Rounds 1-5 due to injury. He featured in Round 6 (Hull KR) to Round 9 (Leeds Rhinos). He was injured for Rounds 10-14. Blythe played in Round 15 (Wakefield Wildcats) to Round 20 (St Helens RLFC) then in Round 22 (Wigan Warriors) to Round 26 (Widnes Vikings). He also featured in Round 4 (Oldham Roughyeds) and in the Quarter Final (Warrington Wolves) in the Challenge Cup. He scored against Wigan Warriors (1 try).
2015 - 2015 Season
Blythe did not feature in any of the pre-season friendlies.
Blythe featured in Round 17 (Dewsbury Rams) to Round 23 (Halifax RLFC). Blythe played in Qualifier 1 (Sheffield Eagles) to Qualifier 4 (Widnes Vikings) then in Qualifier 7 (Halifax RLFC). Matty played in the £1 Million Game (Wakefield Wildcats). He scored against Batley Bulldogs (2 tries), Hunslet Hawks (1 try), Leigh Centurions (3 tries) and Wakefield Wildcats (1 try).
2016 - 2016 Season
Blythe featured in both pre-season friendlies against Leeds Rhinos and Castleford Tigers.
