Mattaponi is an unincorporated community in King and Queen County, Virginia, United States. The main roads in Mattaponi are U.S. Route 301 and Virginia Secondary Route 601.[1]
Entomology
The town is named after the Mattaponi Powhatan tribe, which actually have an existing reservation in the county.
