Mathew F. May (October 27, 1935 – November 28, 2010) was an American football player and coach in the United States.[1]
Playing career
May played college football at St. Benedict's College (now called Benedictine College) in Atchison, Kansas.[2]
Coaching career
May later became an instructor, athletic director, and head football coach for the Benedictine Ravens.[2] He held that position for the 1977 and 1978 seasons.[3] His coaching record at Benedictine was 10 wins and 10 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2011 season, this ranks him #8 at Benedictine in total wins and #8 at the school in winning percentage (.500).[4]
