The Matcal Tower is a 17-floor high-rise building in HaKirya, Tel Aviv, Israel. It houses government and military offices. It was built in 2003, and is located close to the Azrieli Center and Marganit Tower.
The tower and the bridge connecting the base is located in (Camp Rabin) with the Azrieli Center, and were designed by the Moore Yaski Sivan Architects.
It was originally planned to include 14 floors and no helipad.[1]
