Mastník is a Vysočina region village located in the Třebíč district, roughly 5 km southwest of Třebíč. Kaní hora, a mountain 571 m high, stands half a kilometre east of Mastník.
One of the greatest Czech poets of the 20th century, Jan Zahradníček, was born in Mastník on January 17, 1905.
