Mark Dempsie (born 19 October 1980, in Bellshill) is a Scottish former professional football player. Dempsie played as a central defender for Hibernian, Raith Rovers, St. Mirren and Dumbarton. Dempsie was forced to retire from the game aged just 26 due to an ongoing back injury.[1] Dempsie's brother Allan also played for Hibs.[2]
