Mario Montoya (born August 18, 1989 in San José, Costa Rica)[1] is an Olympic and National Record holding swimmer from Costa Rica. He represented native country at the:
- 2008 Olympics,[1]
- 2007 Pan American Games,
- 2007 World Championships, and
- 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games
As of January 2009, he holds the Costa Rican Record in the 100, 200 and 800 freestyles and the 50 and 100 backstrokes.
