Marc Phillip Anthony (born November 14, 1989) is an American football cornerback, currently a free agent of the National Football League. Anthony played college football for the University of California, Berkeley. The Baltimore Ravens selected him in the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
Professional career
Baltimore Ravens
Anthony was drafted in the seventh round, with the 247th overall pick, of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens.[1] He was released on August 30, 2013.[2]
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Anthony to their practice squad on September 2, 2013.[3] He was released on May 30, 2014.[4]
Tennessee Titans
On June 4, 2014, Anthony was signed by the Tennessee Titans.[5][6] The Titans waived Anthony on August 25, 2014.[7]
Return to Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers claimed Anthony off waivers on August 26, 2014.[8] The Buccaneers released Anthony on August 29, 2014.[9]
Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Anthony on August 11, 2015. He was released by the Philadelphia Eagles August 30, 2015.
