Mapla Singam is an upcoming Indian Tamil action romantic comedy film directed by Rajasekhar. Don Ashok has penned the dialogs.[1][2][3] N. R. Raghunanthan has scored the music. The film features Vimal and Anjali in the leading roles, with Soori in a supporting role.[4]

Production
Escape Artists Motion Pictures announced that they would fund a film to be directed by Rajasekhar, an erstwhile assistant of Ezhil. The film began production in November 2014, with a photo shoot taking place with Vimal, Anjali and Soori.[5] A Scottish actor Adam Greig was selected to portray a foreigner in the film, featuring in comedy scenes alongside Soori.[6] The movie cleared censor board verification and came out with U certificate.[7]
