Manuel Vitorino
Manuel Vitorino Pereira (January 30, 1853 – November 9, 1902) was a Governor of Bahia and a Vice-President under Prudente de Morais.
Vitorino was born in Salvador, Bahia. He was a writer and a physician before entering politics.
