Manuel 'Manu' Alejandro García Sánchez (born 26 April 1986) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Deportivo Alavés as a winger.

Football career

Born in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava, García finished his formation with Real Sociedad, and made his senior debuts with the reserves in the 2005–06 season. He spent his early career in Basque clubs, leaving in 2010 to sign with UD Logroñés.[1]

In June 2012 García moved to Deportivo Alavés,[2] and was an ever-present figure in his debut campaign, appearing in 37 league matches as his team achieved promotion to Segunda División in the playoffs. On 24 August 2013 he appeared in his first game as a professional, a 1–1 home draw against UD Las Palmas.[3]
