Man Down is a 2015 American post-apocalyptic war thriller drama film directed by Dito Montiel and written by Adam G. Simon. The film stars Shia LaBeouf, Kate Mara, Gary Oldman, Jai Courtney and Jose Pablo Cantillo. It was screened in the Gala Presentations section of the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.[1] The film had its world premiere in the Horizon section at 72nd Venice International Film Festival on 6 September 2015.[2]

Synopsis

In a savage post-apocalyptic America, former U.S. Marine Gabriel Drummer (Shia LaBeouf), searches desperately for the whereabouts of his son, Jonathan, and wife, Natalie (Kate Mara), accompanied by his best friend (Jai Courtney) and a survivor (Clifton Collins, Jr.).
