The Maltese Premier League 2006-07 was the 92nd season of the Maltese Premier League, the top level Football league in Malta. Marsaxlokk won the title while St. George's and Marsa were relegated to the Maltese First Division.

Competition modus

In the First Round, every team plays each opponent twice, once home and once away, for a total of 18 games. The league will then be split in two pools. Earned points will be halved. Teams that finish in positions 1–6 will compete in the "Championship Pool" and teams finishing in positions 7–10 will play in the "Relegation Pool". The bottom two teams will be relegated to the first division for 2007–08.
