Malek Maktabi, also known as Malik Maktaby, is a television presenter who hosts and runs the talk show Ahmar Bil Khatt Al Aarid (Red in Boldface) which runs on LBC. He is the husband of politician and newspaper heiress Nayla Tueni.
Maktabi used to work with the Kalam El Nass team, a talk show presented by Marcel Ghanem on LBC. Maktabi started working with the media in Lebanon after returning from London where he earned a Ph.D in international affairs and diplomacy.
In early 2009, Maktabi hosted the Miss Lebanon 2009 pageant on the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) TV network.
Maktabi married Tueni, daughter of assassinated Gebran Tueni,[1]in mid-2009 in a civil ceremony in Cyprus.
