Makah Marina is located in Neah Bay at the very tip of Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula at the gateway to the Pacific Ocean from Puget Sound, southern Vancouver Island, and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It was completed in 1997. Marina has two hundred slips range in size from 30' to 70'. Vessels to, and in excess of, 100' can also be accommodated there in marina.
Pumpout
Makah Marina is a marina with a publicly accessible pumpout. This facility is open all year round, 24 hours a day. There is a fee for using the marina’s pumpout. A Waubashene Vacuum Systems pumpout is used at this facility. There are 2 slips, which are available for pumpout usage. Access to the pumpout is limited to vessels which length is no more than 100 feet. There is also a stationary pumpout. The pumpouts are located on the docks. This facility performs a Porta-Potty dump station. The Porta-Potty dump station is located on the dock of Makah Marina.[1]
Services
Makah Marina performs a boat launch available for a fee. It is possible to have overnight moorage, which is available for a fee. The guest dock of the marina is 800 feet in length. There are 20 guest moorage slips in it. The total estimated guest boat capacity is about 30. Water and power is available and electrical hook up is for a fee with electrical power of 30 and 50 amps. Moorage slips are assigned on a first serve basis, first come. Marina Facilities Building has public showers and restrooms. The fuel dock dispenses diesel, gas, and lubricants. Long and short term public parking is provided for cars and trailers.[2]
Day Use
Campground accommodation facility offers overnight amenities. Hot showers are available there for a fee. This facility also offers day use amenities, which include picnic tables. And also pay telephone is available at the accommodation.[3]
