The Majorcan hare (Lepus granatensis solisi) is a subspecies of the Granada Hare, from Majorca, Spain. It was described only in 1992.[2] Most sources assume it is an extinct species.[3]
A sighting was reported by a British visitor near the Raixa gardens on the way to Soller on Wednesday 9 September 2015
