Maitim 2nd East is a barangay of the Philippine component city of Tagaytay in the province of Cavite. The barangay belongs to the urban zones of Tagaytay City. It has a population of 4,590 and has an area of 59.05 km2. Its government is currently headed by barangay captain Levi Baybay.
