Mackinnon Phillips (December 9, 1898 – June 14, 1963) was a Canadian politician who was a Member of Provincial Parliament in Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1945 to 1963. He represented the riding of Grey North for the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party.[1] Phillips was born in Dundalk, Ontario and was a physician.[2] He died of a heart attack on June 14, 1963.[3]
