Maayong Buntag Kapamilya (MBK)/(Tagalog: Magandang Umaga Kapamilya; English: Good Morning Kapamilya) is the regional morning show of ABS-CBN Cebu that dishes out the daily dose of fresh news, upbeat discussions of the current community affairs and special features teeming with the local flavors of Cebu City and Province, Bohol, Siquijor and Dumaguete City.
It is hosted by Vilma Andales, Reena Elena and Lorenzo Luzon.
Features and segments reporters are Vera Leigh Lasam and Kara Mae Noveda.

"Maayong Buntag Kapamilya" was started in 2005. It airs 6:15 a.m. on ABS-CBN Channel 3 in Cebu.
New segments to look forward to are MBKids, MBKlassifieds (for job seekers), MBKahimsug, MBK Fashionista, MBKaon, MBKampus and MBKultura.
"MBK" also reaches Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Tacloban City and Biliran of Eastern Visayas.
