Lysice is a small town (městys) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 10.69 square kilometres (4.13 sq mi), and has a population of 1,871 (as at 2 October 2006).
Lysice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Blansko, 29 km (18 mi) north of Brno, and 168 km (104 mi) south-east of Prague.
