Lyman E. Abbott (March 1, 1912 – January 17, 1981) was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Abbott was the head college football coach for the Adrian Bulldogs located in Adrian, Michigan. He held that position for 4 seasons, from 1946 until 1949. His coaching record at Adrian was 12 wins, 20 losses and 1 tie.As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #7 at Adrian in total wins and #13 at the school in winning percentage (.379).[1]
