It is anchored by Bon-Ton, Burlington Coat Factory, J.C. Penney, Macy's, and Sears. Other major tenants include Best Buy, Big Lots, Dick's Sporting Goods, Hollister Co., and Old Navy. [2] It is owned by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and its center court has a carousel. The mall is noted for the 100-foot-high steel sculpture known as the Hadany Arch after its builder, Israel Hadany.
