Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest 1985
Luxembourg was represented by Margo, Franck Olivier, Diane Solomon, Ireen Sheer, Chris & Malcolm Roberts with the song "Children, Kinder, Enfants", at the 1985 Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on 4 May in Gothenburg, Sweden. The song was chosen internally by broadcaster RTL.
At Eurovision
On the night of the final Margo, Olivier, Solomon, Sheerm Chris & Malcolm Roberts performed 18th in the running order, following Austria and Greece. At the close of voting, "Children, Kinder, Enfants" had received 13 points, placing Luxembourg 13th of the 19. The Luxembourgian jury awarded its 12 points to Italy.[1]
