Luo River (Shaanxi)
Luo River (Chinese: 洛河; pinyin: Luò Hé) is a tributary of the Wei River. It flows through the Loess Plateau and has a length of about 680 kilometres (420 mi). The area between the Luo and the Yellow River was called "Hexi" (literally "west of the [Yellow] River") and was fought over by Qin (state) and Wei (state).
