Lowell Regio
Lowell Regio /ˈloʊᵊl/ is a region on the dwarf planet Pluto. It was discovered by the New Horizons spacecraft in 2015. It is named after Percival Lowell who established the observatory where Clyde Tombaugh discovered Pluto.[1]
