Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man is a 1973 vocal duet studio album by American country music singer-songwriters, Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty.

This album became one of the duo's best-remembered albums, especially following the release of the lead single. The lead single, also the title track, was the duo's third single, and peaked at #1 on the Billboard Country Chart in 1973. The song was the only single released from this album. The album includes other cover versions, including the Everly Brothers' "Bye Bye Love", and another well-known cover version, "Release Me". Twitty wrote a track for their 1973 duo album, "What Are We Gonna Do About Us". In addition, Twitty also co-wrote a single for the album, "Before Your Time".

The album became very successful on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, peaking at #1, becoming the duo's first album to peak at #1 on that chart. The album also charted on the Billboard 200, peaking at #153 in 1973.

The title track is also featured on the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the K-Rose radio station.
