London School of Marketing

London School of Marketing [1] (informally LS) is a private business school based in London, United Kingdom. It offers professional and academic qualifications, including MBA, Master's and Bachelor's degree programmes, corporate training and one day Masterclasses.

London School of Marketing's head office is in Hyde Park Corner, Central London. Lectures are held at Imperial College London, University College London and Birkbeck, University of London. The school also has offices in Colombo, Sri Lanka, as well as a network of Overseas Support Branches (OSBs).

London School of Marketing is a registered member of The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS), the British admission service for students applying to university and college. [2]

History

London School of Marketing was founded in 2002, by Paul Penman, Director. It began by providing programmes through The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation (CAM). It now also offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees validated by partner higher education institutions, such as Anglia Ruskin University

London School of Marketing was licensed by UK Border Agency (now superseded by UK Visas and Immigration) to sponsor non EEA nationals or non Swiss nationals via the Tier 4 route of the Points-based immigration system (United Kingdom). They currently hold the status of Highly Trusted Sponsor (HTS). [3] [4] [5] [6]

QAA Assessment

The Quality Assurance Agency for higher education (QAA) carried out a Review for Educational Oversight of London School of Marketing, in May 2012. It was reported that “there can be confidence in how London School of Marketing manages its stated responsibilities for the standards of the awards it offers on behalf of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Anglia Ruskin University, the Association of Business Practitioners and the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality.
