The London Conservatives are the part of the Conservative Party that operates in Greater London. The party's main competition is with the London Labour Party for office. They hold two of the eight London seats in the European Parliament, 27 of 73 London seats in the House of Commons and 9 of 25 seats in the London Assembly. The party controls 9 of 32 London boroughs, and won 612 out of the 1,851 Councillors in the 2014 local elections.
The party holds the mayoralty of London, having won in 2008 and again in 2012, with Boris Johnson as London Mayor.
