Lok Hong is one of the 35 constituencies in the Eastern District, Hong Kong.
The constituency returns one district councillor to the Eastern District Council, with an election every four years. The seat is currently held by Independent Li Chun-chau since the 2011 election.
Lok Hong constituency is loosely based on the Shan Tsui Court, Neptune Terrace and Greenwood Terrace in Chai Wan with estimated population of 13,403.[2]
