Llanellen
Llanellen (Welsh: Llanelen) is a village in Monmouthshire, south east Wales, United Kingdom.
Location
Llanellen is located three miles south of Abergavenny.
History & Amenities
The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal passes through Llanellen. The Blorenge mountain towers above the village. The River Usk passes close by.
Llanelllen Bridge
The bridge at Llanellen was built in 1821 by John Upton.[1] Upton also built the nearby Pant-y-Goitre Bridge.
