List of current champions in Dragon Gate

Dragon Gate is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion[1][2] based in Kobe, Japan. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines. There are three active singles championships, one active tag team championships and one active trios championship. Eight wrestlers hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of December 15, 2015.

Current championships

At the top of Dragon Gate's championship hierarchy is the Open the Dream Gate Championship.,[3] which is held by three-time champion Shingo Takagi, who defeated Masato Yoshino on August 16, 2015, at Dangerous Gate 2015.

The Open the Triangle Gate Championship were vacated by previous champions Cima, Don Fujii and Gamma who voluntarily vacated the titles.

The secondary singles title in Dragon Gate is the Open the Brave Gate Championship is currently held by Kotoka, who is his first reign by defeating Akira Tozawa at The Gate of Destiny 2015.

The Open the Twin Gate Championship is held by Mad Blankey members, Yamato and Naruki Doi, who are on their second reign by defeating Masato Yoshino and Shachihoko Boy on March 1, 2015, at Champion Gate 2015 in Hakata.

The Open the Owarai Gate Championship is held by referee Mr. Nakagawa who is on hist first reign by beating Akira Tozawa and "Hollywood" Stalker Ichikawa via fan support on November 14, 2015.
