List of college swimming and diving teams

This is a list of college swimming and diving teams that compete in the NCAA Men's and/or Women's Swimming and Diving Championships. The list can be sorted by institution name (e.g., University of Arizona), athletic-team name (e.g., Arizona Wildcats), conference, division, and state — in alphabetical/numerical ("up" arrow) or reverse order ("down" arrow). When sorted by "athletic-team name", the list shows first the schools that do not have an entry in the "Athletic team" column, followed by the schools that do have an entry in that column.

The list can also be sorted by whether the school has a diving team, via the third column ("sw&di"), in which an "X" means the school has a diving team. Note: This "diving" sort is made according to the sort that precedes it, i.e. by institution, by athletic-team name, by conference, by division, or by state. Thus, to see which schools in Division II and III have a diving team, first click on the icon at the top of the "Div." column and — after that sort has been made — then click on the icon at the top of the "sw&di" column. When the latter icon is an "up" arrow, the list shows first the schools that do not have a diving team, followed by the schools that do have a diving team. When the icon is a "down" arrow, the list instead shows first the schools that do have a diving team.
