This cybersite is a disposal site, but it is also a portal to the Nether World of Cyberspace. The Black Hole is guarded by a sentry who charges disposal fees for objects dumped into the hole. He bases the rate on his appraisal of the worth of the object being disposed, and the black hole will not dispose of any unpaid items. For example, when Hacker brings the encryptor chip for disposal the guard says that for an item of this magnitude an exorbitant fee of 10 million snelfus is in order. Unfortunately for Hacker, Buzz and Delete don't have much cash on them and Wicked spent all of the money Hacker had while she was on a shopping spree. Hacker is outraged by the price, and tries to throw the encryptor chip in without paying. To his chagrin, the hole throws it back out.
