Lipponen II Cabinet

Paavo Lipponen's second cabinet was the 67th government of the Republic of Finland. The cabinet's time period was from April 15, 1999 to April 17, 2003. It was a majority government. The Green League left the government at May 31 in 2002 in protest against the government deciding to build the country's fifth nuclear power plant.
