Línea Turística Aereotuy is an airline based in Caracas, Venezuela. It operates services to remote destinations in Venezuela, including tourist attractions. Its main base is Simón Bolívar International Airport, Caracas.[1]
History
The airline was established and started operations in 1982. It is part of a full service safari company with its own lodges, camps, guides, aircraft and sailing vessels. It has 300 employees (at March 2010).[1]

Incidents and accidents
On 17 April 2009, an LTA Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft crashed shortly after taking off from Canaima, Venezuela, killing one child. The aircraft had been chartered by the First Choice tour operator to take holiday makers to the Canaima National Park.
