Line 19 is a line on the Shanghai Metro that is part of the 2010-2020 Shanghai Metro plan. It is planned to enter operation by 2020. It used to be treated as the last phase for Line 9,
Line 19 starts from Chuanqiao Road in Pudong, via the Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and the Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge to Chongming Island, Chongming County, and it will have a branch line from Changxing Island to Hengsha Island. This line can interchange with Lines 9, 12 and 14. [1]

Construction plan
