Miss Venezuela 2010, the 58th Miss Venezuela pageant, was held in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on October 28, 2010, after weeks of events. The winner of the pageant was Vanessa Gonçalves, Miss Miranda.
The pageant was broadcast live on Venevision from the Palacio de Eventos. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Marelisa Gibson crowned Vanessa Gonçalves as the new Miss Venezuela.[7]

- Miss Amazonas, Ivian Sarcos, represented Venezuela at Miss World 2011 in London, United Kingdom where she won the competition.
- Miss Distrito Capital, Jéssica Barboza, represented Venezuela at Miss International 2011 in Chengdu, China where she finished as 1st Runner-Up. She previously represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2009 in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines where she finished as 2nd Runner-Up (Miss Water).
- Miss Aragua, Caroline Medina, represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2011 in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines where she finished as 3rd Runner-Up. She was also previously Reina Hispanoamericana 2010 and Teen Model Venezuela 2009.
- Miss Monagas, Angela Ruiz, was Elite Model Look Latino Venezuela 2008, Supermodel of Venezuela 2009 and competed in Ford Models Supermodel of the World 2010 but unplaced. She placed as Virreina (1st Uunner-Up) in Reinado Internacional del Café 2011 in Manizales, Colombia; and 5th Runner-Up in Reina Hispanoamericana 2011, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
- This year had the highest number of contestant from their states representing, 11 of 28. Tabata Donnarumma (Apure) is the first woman from Apure to compete in the Pageant.
- Miss Dependencias Federales, Axel López, finished as 1st Runner-Up in Miss Caraibes Hibiscus 2010 in St. Martin.
- Miss Carabobo, Romina Palmisano is the cousin of Miss Yaracuy 2006 Sara Angelini.
- Miss Trujillo, Jéssica Ibarra, was Miss Tourism Venezuela 2009 and competed in Miss Tourism International 2009 where she finished as 1st Runner-Up.
- Miss Bolívar, Angela La Padula, competed in Miss Italia Nel Mondo 2011 and finished as 3rd Runner - Up.
- Miss Costa Oriental, Karen Soto, won Miss World Next Top Model 2011 in Lebanon and competed in Miss Venezuela World 2013 where she won and represented Venezuela at Miss World 2013 in Bali, Indonesia but failed to place in the semifinals.
