Lesly Marguerite Malouda (born 16 November 1983 in Kourou, French Guiana) is a French footballer. He currently plays as a left winger for Dijon FCO in Ligue 2.
Career
Early career
Malouda played in his teenage years football for the French Guiana club ASC Le Geldar and visit the Collége Henri Agrande in Kourou.[3]
Professional career
He began than his professional career with RC Lens[4] and was promoted in summer 2004 to the Ligue 1 team. After eight games in his first season was loaned out from RC Lens and played in the 2005/2006 season for FC Istres twenty six games, who scores two goals and turned in July 2006 back to RC Lens.[5] He was promoted after his return to Lens in August 2006 to the Reserve team and joined than after one year with the RC Lens B[6] in July 2007 to Toulouse Fontaines Club.[7] After one year with Toulouse Fontaines Club joined in August 2008 to Mallorca and played for CD Atlético Baleares. On 17 July 2009 Dijon FCO have signed the former Istres midfielder also on a free transfer from CD Atlético Baleares.[8]
International
Malouda made his international debut for French Guiana, his place of birth, on September 6, 2012 in a friendly against Suriname. He has since been part of French Guiana's squad for the 2012 Caribbean Championship.[9]
Personal life
Lesly is the brother of former Chelsea F.C. winger Florent Malouda.[10]
