Leonardo da Silva Souza, most commonly known as Leonardo (born 18 March 1992 in Andirá) is a Brazilian footballer who plays for FC Anzhi Makhachkala.
Previously Leonardo has played for Metalurh Donetsk in the Ukrainian Premier League he also played for Enosis Neon Paralimni in the Cypriot First Division and most recently played for Gabala FK in the Azerbaijan Premier League
Career
Leonardo started his professional career at Enosis Neon Paralimni before signing a three year contract with Metalurh Donetsk in January 2013, however due to Leonardo's Third-party ownership with his agent Dmitry Selyuk, Enosis didn't receive anything from this transfer.[1] Leonardo scored his only goal for Metalurh Donetsk on 7 April 2013 in a 4-0 win over Karpaty Lviv.[2]
Gabala
On 13 July 2013 Gabala announced they had signed Leonardo on a 1-year contract from Metalurh Donetsk.[3][4] Leonardo made his debut for Gabala in their 2-1 away victory over FK Baku on 2 August 2013.[5] His first goal for the club was a penalty in a 3-2 victory over Inter Baku in his second game for the club.[6]
Anzhi Makhachkala
On 10 August 2014, Leonardo signed a two-year contract with Anzhi Makhachkala.[7]

Personal Life
Leonardo was charged with manslaughter in January 2016, after being involved in a fatal road traffic accident whilst intoxicated.[9][10]
